1 - COD ORDERS: All COD orders up to $ 750.00 will be shipped by FedEx Ground. COD means "CASH" no money orders or checks but "Cash". FedEx will leave customer a receit. All COD orders must be accepted. If refused, customer will be charged for lost freight. H&Y reserves the right to refuse to ship to any one who refuses orders or opens boxes and then refuses them. 2 - UPC : This selection is for shipping to business owners or shop owners "only". Only those who have a shop and resale to the public can select this method of shipping. ALL others who select this method & are not shop owners will be charged extra shipping,plus a $ 3.00 service charge. .3 - SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US : All shippments outside the US must call for shipping rates.
